Job Responsibilities Our goal is to meet our members' financial needs with extraordinary personal service. Cheerfully and in a professional manner, you greet them in person, on the telephone, or by email and enjoy developing and nurturing relationships as you serve their financial needs. You stay busy as you efficiently process routine financial teller transactions for our new and existing members. You have opportunities to utilize your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet their current and future financial needs. You will have the ability to open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction. You provide engaging, personal service to members and truly care about finding real solutions to their financial needs. You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You take pride in being the face of FCCU and projecting a positive image to our current and prospective members alike! Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous cash-handling preferred Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change Ability to communicate, both written and verbal Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment Benefits We provide a great benefits package that includes 11 paid federal holidays, 401k match, fully paid single medical, dental and vision and much more.
