Support Exceptional Patient Care Every Day As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll work under the direction of the Clinical Director while collaborating closely with Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. Your work helps ensure patients receive efficient, high-quality care from the moment they arrive until their appointment is complete. By preparing treatment areas, assisting with patient flow, maintaining equipment, and supporting clinic operations, you'll play an essential role in helping our clinical team focus on delivering excellent rehabilitation services. Every day offers opportunities to make a positive impression. You'll greet patients, escort them to treatment areas, assist with treatment setup and cleanup, maintain clean and organized therapy spaces, and help keep equipment and supplies ready for patient care. You'll also assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, inventory management, laundry, and housekeeping responsibilities that contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits the clinic.
