If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and process new employee paperwork.Manage employee benefits, payroll, and employee records.Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on HR-related matters.Essential Job Functions:Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.Stay current on employment laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.Handle employee complaints, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.Administer employee performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans as needed.Assist with employee training and development programs.Skills:Minimum of 6 years of human resources experience.2 years of supervisory experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
