Compliance Submission Rules: Locals: Locals are accepted unless otherwise stated in the job title. A reduced local rate applies for MA s & LVN s ONLY. Licensure: LVN s must have a valid CA IV certification at the time of submission. MA s must have a certification from an accredited school listed on the DAPIP website. Temp RN/LVN license are not accepted. Valid perm California license must be in hand at time of submission. Copy of the license or cert required with the submission. Floating: Traveler must be flexible. Specific float locations will be listed in job posting if required. References - 2 references from within the past 1 year of employment are required at the time of submission. Must be supervisor or higher - No Charge RN. Hard Stop. Return Staff Policy - Previous perm employees must be separated for 24 months before they are eligible for travel positions at all Cedars-Sinai facilities (including Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Cedars Marina Del Rey), with the exception of CSMN, which requires a 12 month separation. All past Cedars employment (travel, staff, etc.) MUST be included on profile. This includes Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Cedars Marina Del Rey, Torrance Memorial, Cedars-Sinai Medical Network (CSMN), Huntington Health Physicians (HHP) and Huntington Hospital. Background Policy - Any license or background hit requires a detailed written statement from the traveler. License/background hits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any license or background hits that are open and/or pending are an automatic redirect. All hits must be completely closed. RTO Rules: Max RTO: 7 days. No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment. Must be included at the time of submission. Compliance: Modules: Modules are billable, max billable hours: Non-Clinical traveler: 8 hours, Clinical/Allied traveler: 10 hours, Lead/Supervisor traveler: 10 hours. Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by specialty. Modules are recorded via transcripts.
