Job Description Job Description: Ideal candidate will provide desktop support to the Advent Health Physicians Group, personnel including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff while the hospital is still being built out. There are two 11801 South Fwy, I-35W, Burleson, Texas, 76028 A typical day includes providing a high level of customer service at all times, mostly around adding User groups, adding printers, resetting passwords, re-imaging laptops, and basic in person support. Job Description: Advent Health is looking for a Technician to assist their Field Services team with the building out of their Huguley and Killeen hospital called Texas Health (a Joint Venture with THR and Advent) Responsibilities may include: - Unboxing monitors and printers - Installing new monitors and PCs - Setting up work stations - Breaking down pallets and boxes - Assisting users on installs - troubleshooting users issues - Network Logins - Mapping Network drives - Mapping printers - Hardware swaps and installs - Setting up work stations -testing voip phones Whats needed: Basic tech skills, computer imaging and customer support. Prioritizes work appropriately, carrying out assignments with supervision Completes tasks within deadlines with supervision Monitors work progress, informing managers and/or customers of project status, problems or obstacles and workload problems in a timely manner with supervision. Enters work time appropriately and timely into applicable system and tasks with supervision Other duties as assigned Must Haves: - Great attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Understand differences in technical hardware - Reliable transportation....this is a driving position to clinics sites each morning Total of 730 Desktops/Laptops that will need to be installed Total of 722 peripherals (keyboards, monitors, scanners) that will need to be installed 600 phones – all VOIP 395 other (faxes, facilities equipment and other biomed items) 200 PCS to Physicians wing (higher hospital floors)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This will be supporting several upcoming go-live projects, including our Inpatient Women's Expansion, Outpatient Women's Center, and Free-Standing ED. Additional support with imaging, TDR testing, IT ticket resolution, and go-live activities would be greatly beneficial

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
