Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,870–$1,918 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: 8-hour days, Mon–Fri (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) Start date: 09/14/2026 Work setting: travel assignment in a hospital environment No local candidates within 50 miles of Lawrenceville, GA Responsibilities Provide specialized wound ostomy continence care (WOC) following established standards for patient assessment, planning, and treatment Conduct wound assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor healing progress, and adjust therapies as needed Perform and oversee wound care procedures and therapies, coordinate ostomy care when indicated, and document results in the medical record Educate patients and families on wound care, ostomy management, infection prevention, and discharge planning; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality guidelines; participate in holiday coverage as required by the assignment Requirements Active registered nurse license in Georgia Minimum 2 years of recent wound care experience within the WOC specialty AHA BLS certification CWON or CWOCN certification required; WCC, CWS, or CWCN certification also required Ostomy certification is optional No local candidates within 50 miles of the assignment; must be willing to travel Ability to work 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, in a hospital setting Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Travel assignment with 16-week duration Weekly pay in the stated range Ongoing recruiter and assignment support throughout the contract Established holiday coverage expectations as part of the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
