Quality Inspector

Job Description: Job Overview The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections, supports nonconformance management, and works closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials. Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Use measuring and inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming material. Support containment, sorting, rework, and disposition activities as needed. Review manufacturing paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and traceability. Communicate quality concerns to production, engineering, and management teams. Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. What your background should look like High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Experience using inspection and measurement equipment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $38,700 - 58,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
