May be assigned some smaller customer accounts to manage, once an individual has gained adequate experience. Client Services Assistant support the day-to-day operations of the department, which includes various clerical and administrative tasks. This position works under supervision but must know how to work independently to plan and accomplish goals. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Required Skills and Abilities High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2 - 3 years of experience in an office setting Proficient with office software Effective communications skills with all levels within the organization, guests, and outside vendors Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination. Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility. Work Environmental Factors While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazardous materials. A production employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
