Account Manager
Grand Prairie, TX | Full-time | $60,000–$70,000/year
AERISTO is a leading leather supplier for the aviation interiors industry, offering value-added processes including decorative quilting, stitching, embroidery, printing, embossing, laser etching, perforating, and cut-to-pattern work.
Our clients count on consistent, knowledgeable support to keep their projects moving. We're looking for an Account Manager to be that steady point of contact.
This role has a learning curve. You'll be working across multiple systems and a wide range of products, and it typically takes 4-6 weeks to build real competence. We invest in that training because we want people who can grow into the role and take on real ownership.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain close, consistent relationships with assigned accounts to identify upcoming projects and needs

Process sales orders, quotations, and sample requests in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and Office 365
Follow up on pending orders, quotes, and sample requests
Resolve client issues such as order discrepancies, defects, returns, and shipment problems, working cross-functionally to find solutions
Educate clients on our leather collections, colors, and product options
Keep client records accurate and current in our CRM
Coordinate with internal departments to keep project deadlines on track
What You Bring
Experience with ERP & CRM systems (Business Central, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong client services and communication background
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sharp attention to detail, with the patience to work through a hands-on training period
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new or unexpected situations
