Requirements:Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferredOne or more years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT support role preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard business technology toolsBasic understanding of LAN and WAN networking conceptsFamiliarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshootingBasic understanding of cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365 administration and user account managementExperience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools preferredExperience with Applied Systems Epic or similar agency management systems preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and security of company informationDay travel to and from various TRICOR locations may be requiredWe value diversity and believe forming teams in which everyone can be their authentic self is the key to our success.
