Commercial Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Advanced Air & Heating, Inc. | Full-Time | Pensacola, FL

Advanced Air & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving the Gulf Coast region from Mobile, AL to Destin, FL.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Commercial HVAC experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation:
$25.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and skill level

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Install complete HVAC systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• EPA Certification required
• HVAC Certification required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
