Document appropriately the information obtained from the ongoing assessment. Share significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline. 2. Under the direction of the nurse manager, manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing, in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Experience 1-3 years of critical care nursing required. Licensure Current State Registration. BLS required. ACLS required.
