Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid DSE Severe Special Education Teacher license (Massachusetts)
• Experience or strong interest in supporting students with severe disabilities and/or medical needs
• Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing individualized education and support
• Strong communication and advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and behavioral support to preschool through 2nd grade students with significant needs
• Collaborate with school staff, medical professionals, and families to create and implement impactful IEPs
• Oversee a caseload of multiple students, ensuring their safety, well-being, and academic progress
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
