IT Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage IT projects in their AI program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IT project management, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and governance structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and use cases in this program by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Job Title: IT Program Manager

Location: White Plains, NY

Pay Range: $72 per hour

Shift- 1 st shift

Length of Contract - 1 year

Shift: Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Managing end-to-end projects, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and successful delivery.

• Collaborating with senior leadership, business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams while providing project updates and ensuring alignment.

• Understanding AI solutions, data platforms, system integration, and supporting AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

• Leading the RFP process, evaluating vendors, negotiating solutions, and coordinating implementation efforts.

• Leading project teams, mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project/program management, with a focus on AI and cloud platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred

• PMP, PgMP, agile or similar project/program management certification.

• Knowledge of Azure and AI technologies, including large language models and modern data platforms.

• Experience with AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
