Physical Therapist Clinical Specialist
Dephy is looking for someone who understands that mobility is personal that the right support looks different for everyone, and finding it takes real curiosity, not just a checklist. This is not a patient-treating role.

Description of Role
As Dephy's Physical Therapist Clinical Specialist, you'll be the expert voice bridging clinical insight with product and brand helping shape Sidekick's future while bringing it to the people who need it most. You'll play a hands-on role in Dephy's Consumer and Medical programs, overseeing user testing, synthesizing feedback, and advising on the product roadmap, all while ensuring our content and communications align with wellness positioning and regulatory guidelines. Working closely with Marketing and Engineering, you'll help create written and video content that fuels Dephy's digital presence stepping in as a byline expert and on-camera talent when the moment calls for it. You'll also represent Dephy at demos and events, both locally and nationally, and serve as an evangelist for Sidekick within physical therapy communities and professional networks. This role is a great fit for someone who stays current on the latest movement technologies and patient care solutions.
What You Will Do
- Serve as an expert voice within the Consumer and Medical programs at Dephy, participating in user testing oversight, feedback synthesis, and advisory input on the roadmap
- Organize, manage, and expand ongoing clinical relationships and research to support new product development
- Give hands-on product demonstrations to both clinicians and customers, both locally and nationally
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest movement technologies and patient care solutions
- Be comfortable on camera, articulate at speaking opportunities, and a polished writer able to translate clinical expertise into content that resonates with both clinicians and consumers
