What you will be doing:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all field personnel assigned to projects.
• Ensure compliance with all company and project policies, safety programs, and procedures.
• Oversee quality control of all electrical installations, ensuring work meets specifications and industry standards.
• Plan for and coordinate material purchases and releases with the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Identify changed field conditions and work with the Project Manager to report additional costs accurately.
• Lead and manage direct reports (typically 4–6) and indirect reports (up to 40), providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and office personnel, both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize Bluebeam to create installation shop drawings that ultimately become the record/as-built drawings.
• Represent the company professionally as the primary point of contact in the field.

• Minimum of 4–6 direct reports and experience managing up to 40 indirect reports.
• Experience overseeing electrical construction projects of at least $2M and lasting one year or more.
• OSHA 30 card or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam (training provided if needed).
• Proven ability to enforce safety protocols and ensure quality construction practices.
