RN Cardiac Cath Lab

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for our Cardiac Cath Lab in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring safe preparation, monitoring, and recovery. Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing in procedures, administering and titrating medications, hemodynamic monitoring, maintaining sterile technique, and collaborating closely with cardiologists and technologists. You’ll also educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and participate in on-call coverage within our collaborative, patient-centered team.
