Sr. Associate, Software Engineering

Salary: $86,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates who are currently pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or who completed one within the past 12 months.
• We value experience with software development for Linux and/or Windows applications.
• We prefer familiarity with C, C++, or VC++.
• We look for exposure to software patterns and modern design methodologies.
• We consider object-oriented design and analysis experience a plus.
• We value GUI design and development experience.
• We prefer familiarity with the software lifecycle process.
• We consider hardware communications interfacing experience an advantage.
• We value containerization experience with tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• We consider GPU development experience, including CUDA, a plus.
• We may require the ability to obtain a security clearance, which is generally available only to U.S. citizens.

• We provide software development support for Linux and/or Windows applications.
• We work on applications used in military mission systems or image processing desktop environments.
• We collaborate on hardware communications interfacing when needed.
• We contribute to the development and support of GUI-based software.
• We participate in software lifecycle activities and related engineering efforts.
• We may support containerized and GPU-accelerated development work as part of the role.
