• $24 $47 per hour (based on experience & certifications) with serious flat-rate earnings potential

Your Role

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to OEM standards

• Partner with advisors/customers to deliver clear timelines and professional updates

• Perform inspections, electrical/driveability diagnostics, and full system evaluations

• Execute preventive maintenance (fluids, brakes, alignments, tune-ups)

• Document work precisely and follow all safety/compliance procedures

• Stay current on evolving tech (electrical, CAN, ADAS fundamentals)

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)

• Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic capability; mastery of modern scan tools

• Reliable, honest, and production-minded with a clean comeback record

• Proficiency with shop tools and service information systems

• High school diploma or equivalent ( ASE preferred; OEM certs a plus )
