Summary Follows established safety practices and procedures and is able to work in all weather conditions. Requires learning to drive and operate a digger truck and trailer, and must obtain a CDL driver's license by the end of the qualifying period. Responsibilities Lifting tools and ladders Climbing ladders and poles Working from heights Working from a bucket Working in confined spaces Handling all necessary materials and supplies Manually pulling and installing cable plant Performing additional duties and tasks as required by the Company Qualifications Maintain and construct all outside plant to meet quality standards and company policies, and perform any other duties as assigned Coordinate with work forces to disseminate information and complete job assignments, and cooperate with other sections to attain company service objectives Maintain a professional image and support promotion of company products Demonstrate basic usage of a laptop computer with company-provided training by the end of the qualifying period and attend and pass any additional training schools as assigned EEO Statement We are deeply committed to attracting talented team members in the U.S. from all backgrounds regardless of race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, or nationality.
