You will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards.Key responsibilities include:Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrivalMaintain cleanliness and organization of common areasPerform laundry duties as neededStock and maintain housekeeping supply roomsDeliver exceptional customer service to guestsAssist guests with requests and questions promptly and professionallyReport any damages or necessary repairs to managementManage lost and found items according to hotel policyQualifications:Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience preferredEducation: High school diploma or GED preferredSkills and behaviors:Strong team player with excellent communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to perform tasks accuratelyDedicated and reliable with a strong sense of integritySelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyFlexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and prioritiesMotivated to make a positive impact and contribute to the hotel's successWe are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and take pride in their work.
