Retail Asset Protection Investigator

JCPenney

JCPenney is seeking a Shrink role in Novi, MI. The position focuses on observing activities to detect theft, executing investigation routines, and documenting all stages of cases. The role includes external interviews, reporting fraud, and coordinating with Asset Protection leadership.
