Job Description

The Warfare Systems group at HII-Mission Technologies delivers full-spectrum cyber, electronic warfare, and space capabilities to meet today's fast-evolving, multi-domain security challenges. We are currently seeking a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our Cyber & Intelligence team and support critical national security missions in the Fort Meade area. Essential job responsibilities include:

• Producing clear, actionable intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting information in support of Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and missions across SIGINT, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
• Sharing target insights, providing customer feedback, and delivering products that highlight key developments, trends, warnings, and situational awareness, including recommended countermeasures when appropriate.
• Evaluating and prioritizing data from passive and active collection, network analysis, and collateral sources (IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open-source, etc.) to support Government decision-makers.
• Contributing to the development of databases and reference tools that expand target knowledge and strengthen collection efforts for customers and IC partners.
• Conducting quality control reviews prior to product release.

Salary ranges below:

• Senior Target Analyst Reporter: $125,000 - $160,000
• Target Analyst Reporter: $105,000 - $140,000
• Target Analyst Reporter, Associate: $75,000 - 115,000

Minimum qualifications include:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 6 years of relevant experience in areas directly related to national security missions in one or more of the following areas: analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence, or traffic analysis. Higher level education will reduce the years of experience requirement.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
