We are seeking a Sr. Developer, Systems to play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that drive critical business operations. This individual will contribute technical expertise across multiple platforms, help guide development standards, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys leading complex development initiatives, and is passionate about leveraging modern technologies—including AI—to drive innovation and efficiency.What You’ll Do:This is a Full-Time Salary PositionSupport the development of software solutions by:Developing across platforms and environments, including SQL Server, C#, and .NETCoding from detailed design specificationsConfiguring applications based on business requirementsApplying DevOps practices and secure development principlesContribute to system design by assisting in the development of integrated solutions and translating business requirements into detailed technical specificationsPartner with senior team members to translate business designs into scalable technical solutionsSupport solution deployment and validation by:Assisting with system integration and user acceptance testingProviding post-implementation support to business stakeholdersDeveloping system testing criteriaEnsuring compliance with SOX and deployment standardsParticipate in development standards by recommending improvements to functional and integration practicesEvaluate and support the adoption of new and emerging technologiesSupport ongoing solutions by:Gaining a strong understanding of business processes and strategiesStaying current on system capabilities and technology trendsCollaborating on resolving cross-functional and application issuesMaintaining accurate system documentationContribute to technical direction across projects, guiding design decisions and reinforcing best practicesMentor and support team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharingHelp align development efforts with enterprise architecture standardsAdditional duties as assignedEnvironmental Factors & Working Schedule:Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hearSedentary work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) a plus.5+ years of progressive IT experience required.Technology and package implementation experience in multiple functional areas preferred.Proficient in multiple development platforms and languages; SQL Server, C#, .NET, and related technologies strongly preferred.Experience working with AI tools and technologies required; familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, machine learning platforms, or generative AI applications a plus.ERP system experience required.Experience with ERP modernization initiatives a strong plus.Experience with COBOL and JCL (batch processing) a plus.EDI experience a plus.Creation of complex detailed technical specifications and systems designs.High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence cross-functional peers and team members.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: CorporateSalaried: Salaried
