Foster Care Parent Navigator & Advocate
SCO Family of Service
SCO Family of Services in New York, NY is seeking a Parent Advocate to support parents with children in foster care, helping them understand and navigate the system, make decisions for their families, and stay hopeful about reunification. You will partner with case staff, participate in Family Team Conferences, document in Connections within seven business days, and assist with transportation and referrals as needed.
