Your Role

* Identify potential healthcare candidates using our unique platform alongside your personal network

* Contact prospects to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist through the hiring process

* Keep precise records within our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires made through your initiative
