Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience (not solely recruiting experience)
• Background in industrial or hands-on environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, construction, distribution, or logistics - preferably within a 24/7 operation.
• Strong HRIS proficiency, with experience using systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, Workday, or UKG. (Workday experience is a strong plus)
• High comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build trust with employees at all levels.

Job Description

• As an HR Generalist at a 24/7 manufacturing site, you'll be working in a unique, two-system environment where policies and processes from different sides overlap and are continuing to evolve. Day-to-day, you'll handle things like comp planning, employee increases, and managing job requisitions and postings. You'll spend a good amount of time in Workday and SAP creating offers, pulling reports, and helping managers with various HR tasks. A big part of the role involves working with policies—updating them, cleaning them up, and helping transition company-specific guidelines (like harassment, vacation, and other workplace policies) into the broader company framework as part of a larger change-management effort. xhyhwjd You'll also be a go-to resource for employees, answering questions about policies, benefits, and general workplace topics, all while supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Will be onsite in Brookville, OH.
