About the Role: As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery. Handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with guests to understand their needs and provide clear information about menu items. Attention to detail is used daily to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are fulfilled properly. Time management and multitasking skills help balance serving multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
