We are seeking a Manager to help clients improve sourcing, procurement, and broader value chain performance. In this role, you will support organizations in driving efficiency, enabling digital transformation, and improving operating models across strategic sourcing and procurement. We advise companies on potential areas of savings relating to both indirect SG&A costs as well as direct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and enable digital transformation goals of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions through technology (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) assessments, selection, implementation, and continuous operations.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operating model transformation4+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client-facing engagementsExperience with strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, or cost reduction programs4+ years of Ivalua experienceAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Master of Business AdministrationExperience in procurement based technologies such as Coupa or AribaExperience in consultingExperience supporting indirect spend, direct spend, or cost of goods sold (COGS) initiativesExperience with procurement transformation assessments, technology selection, or implementation programsExperience managing teams and coaching junior practitionersExperience developing executive-level presentations and client deliverablesThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
