About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to own the strategies and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for the business. In this role, you'll build and optimize integrated marketing programs designed to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), improve conversion rates, and create seamless handoffs between marketing and sales.

You'll execute campaigns within HubSpot while partnering with creative, content, and sales teams to launch high-impact initiatives across paid media, email, digital marketing, and lifecycle campaigns. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and delivering measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a focus on increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline contribution.

• Build and optimize marketing campaigns within HubSpot Marketing Hub, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and automated nurture workflows.

• Partner closely with the CRM Manager to ensure campaigns align with lead scoring, routing, attribution, segmentation, and overall CRM strategy.

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks.

• Create automated lifecycle marketing programs that nurture prospects and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets, landing pages, and offers that drive engagement and conversions.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through reporting, testing, and optimization.

• Conduct A/B testing across ads, emails, landing pages, and workflows to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

• Work closely with sales leadership to develop marketing programs and enablement workflows that support timely lead follow-up and revenue generation.

• Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized marketing experiences.

• Support integrated campaigns surrounding product launches, webinars, customer events, and trade shows.

• Stay current on demand generation best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and digital advertising trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing automation.

• Hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub to build and execute campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting.

• Experience collaborating with CRM or Sales Operations teams to execute marketing initiatives within a shared technology ecosystem.

• Proven success managing paid digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, or programmatic display.

• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.

• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing for KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.

• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, construction technology, or high-growth technology companies is a plus.

Location & Travel

• Fully remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Texas.

• Minimal travel required, limited to occasional team strategy sessions, professional development opportunities, or industry conferences.
