Engineer IV

Marriott is seeking an experienced Engineer IV to lead overnight engineering and maintenance operations at our full-service property. This role oversees building systems, guestroom and public-area repairs, and life-safety equipment during overnight shifts. Responsibilities include supervising overnight techs, completing work orders, conducting inspections, and responding quickly to guest and operations requests. The Engineer IV partners with day leadership on preventive maintenance plans, vendor coordination, inventory, and energy management while ensuring strict adherence to safety, brand, and regulatory standards in a people-first culture.
