About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of AI and Innovation to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the organization's AI vision, setting clear priorities, and ensuring the effective deployment of AI technologies to drive business value. This role involves building and leading an AI governance council, assessing the current technology landscape, and championing AI literacy and adoption across the enterprise. The VP will also be tasked with identifying high-ROI use cases, serving as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, and engaging with major brand partners to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Applicants must have a proven track record of driving organizational change through influence, with a focus on AI or digital transformation initiatives that have delivered measurable results. A minimum of 10 years' experience in technology, innovation, or digital transformation, including the establishment of AI programs, is required. The role demands fluency in large language models and enterprise AI tools, the ability to make informed build vs. buy decisions, and a talent for translating complex AI concepts into accessible language. A collaborative, action-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate in ambiguity are essential. While experience in the hospitality or similar large-scale, distributed operating environments is valued, it is not a mandatory requirement.
