Compensation Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA, RDAEF2): $18.00 - $30.00 per hour. Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH): $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. You must be an attentive listener who can address problems, issues, and suggestions constructively. You have high moral and ethical character, such as the ability to maintain compliance with the American Dental Association and federal or state regulations. Essentially, we’re looking for our Superheroes in dentistry. Registered Dental Assistants (RDA’s and RDAEF’s) must be licensed and in good standing with the State of California. Dental Hygienists must be licensed and in good standing with the State of California. Responsibilities Prophy, Fluoride and Sealant placement Communicating with patient, parent and doctor Accurate Charting OSHA Compliance HIPAA Compliance Qualifications / Expectations Dental Assistants, RDA’s and RDAEF’s must be licensed and in good standing with the State of California.
