Must-Have: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency. FLURO certification is required.


Description:
This position involves both inpatient and outpatient care.
Providers are expected to cover clinic and call shifts.
The schedule includes weekday clinic hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Providers will be on night call from 5 PM to 8:30 AM the following day.
Weekends require 24-hour call coverage.
Documentation of 100 cases within the past 24 months is needed for privileging.
Providers must submit a current CV with all hospital affiliations.
Gaps greater than three months in clinical activity must be explained.
Current patient encounters per shift are approximately five.
Candidates should have experience with complex spine cases.
All specialties require two years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
Preferred skills include spinal surgery with and without instrumentation.
Placement of ICP monitors is required.
Application of external traction is preferred.
The facility is rated as a trauma level 3.
