Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Manage all aspects of primary care provider recruitment, specializing in sourcing and hiring physicians and nurse practitioners. Partner with hiring leaders to build strategic talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recommend active and passive physician and nurse practitioner candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with business leaders to understand growth strategies and develop proactive recruitment plans.
• Ensure legal compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations and OFCCP standards.
• Promote company diversity commitments by networking with professional associations and community institutions.
• Track all recruitment steps, documentation, and candidate dispositions accurately within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

• Dedicated experience aligned specifically to Provider Recruitment (Physicians and Nurse Practitioners) in a primary care business.
• Proven capability to source and engage passive candidates utilizing social media and sourcing channels.
• strong knowledge of OFCCP regulations, legal recruiting standards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic partnership skills.
