Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoSupport the design, development, and use of high‑fidelity digital simulation software within advanced technical computing environments.Contribute to trade studies that evaluate weapon system performance across multiple threat types and kill‑chain scenarios.Apply established performance engineering practices and procedures to evaluate a wide range of computational problems, including assessments of potential system improvements, missile effectiveness against single or multiple threats, and identification of countermeasures that may influence effectivity or survivability.Collaborate in a team environment by incorporating input from program leadership, external customers, and technical experts, and develop analytic approaches that generate data required to inform programmatic decisions.Participate in the development and implementation of model‑based solutions that support decision systems, including the validation and testing of models, software components, and integrated system elements.Perform occasional travel to support project needs (typically less than 10%).Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.Experience developing software code in python/C++An active and transferable U.S. Secret government issued security clearance is required at the time of application for this position.
