Role Med Surg/Tele RN responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare teams, prepare patients for procedures, maintain safety and infection control, document care, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and perform assigned duties within scope. Qualifications & Skills Require at least one year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must possess critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Key Attributes Strong clinical skills, interpersonal effectiveness, ability to handle multiple patients, and adherence to safety protocols.
