Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO

We are recruiting a Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL for an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role focuses on treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical needs, joint pain, mobility issues, and strength deficits.

The Physical Therapist will create care plans, provide direct treatment, and guide patients through recovery using evidence-based outpatient therapy methods. This is a steady clinic-based role with flexible schedule options and a strong benefits package.

Schedule Options:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, and movement limitations
• Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, and functional activities
• Track patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide patient education on home exercises and injury prevention
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Support an organized and professional outpatient clinic flow

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates
