Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience
• ASN degree
• Illinois state RN License in good standing
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree

Additional Information:

• Provides post-operative care for complex surgical patients
• Monitors and cares for newly tracheostomized patients
• Manages wounds requiring wound vacs and other complex wound care
• Educates patients and families on new ostomies
• Collaborates with general surgical and OMFS residency services
