Senior Traction Power Engineering Director

Parsons is seeking a Senior Technical Director – Traction Power to lead and grow the Rail and Transit Traction Power Team in the U.S. West Region. You will guide technical direction, manage projects, and engage clients across North America, focusing on rail electrification solutions and complex substations. You will oversee design, validation, and construction support while mentoring a team of engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary groups to deliver high-quality outcomes.
