Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | Full-Time | Salinas, CA | $60-$65 per Hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Salinas, CA area . This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation $60-$65 per hour Full-time hours available Comprehensive benefits package Health & wellness stipend 401(k) retirement plan Position Details Full-time position Monday-Friday school schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Onsite services only Support students across general and special education settings Collaborative school-based role within a unified district What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Travel between school sites as needed Student Population Preschool through sixth grade General Education and Special Education settings Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Emotional Disturbance (ED) Other Health Impairments (OHI) Medically fragile students Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations Preferred Qualifications School-based experience Why Join The Stepping Stones Group?
