Renowned for its innovative educational approach, the school prepares students for higher education globally and aims to cultivate well-rounded, high-quality international talents.Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of Drama to secondary school students, including middle and high school students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePrepare lessons and lectures, develop teaching materials, design and correct assessments, and write report commentsGuide students in performance skills, theatre appreciation, script work, stage presence, and creative expressionOrganize and support drama performances, school productions, showcases, and related extracurricular activitiesCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive, creative, and safe learning environmentsParticipate in school activities as arranged by the schoolJob requirementsBachelor degree or above in Drama, Performing Arts, Theatre, Education, or a related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subjectExperience teaching secondary school students is preferredExcellent communication skillsSalary and benefitsMonthly salary range of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualificationsFully furnished apartment providedSummer and winter holidaysPublic holidaysOn-going teacher training and supportMedical health insuranceResidence and work permit sponsored
