Human Resources AssistantIf selected for this position, you will serve as a Human Resources Assistant for the United States Attorney's Office, District of Montana. Typical work assignments will include:Providing office automation support.Processing requests for personnel actions.Conducting initial interviews for security packages and ensures proper documentation.Maintaining personnel management logs, records, and spreadsheets.Developing and maintaining position description recertification schedules.Assisting in recruitment activities.Working from rough drafts, documents, written instructions or brief oral instructions to complete grade appropriate work assignments.Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
