Responsibilities

• Bag, package, and palletize products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Vacuum materials into industrial bags and containers.
• Sort, stage, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with packaging, palletizing, and material handling.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing facility where employees work in small teams to meet production goals while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided; steel-toe boots are required.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
