Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The sub-assembly operator must be able to perform all operations and operate the equipment efficiently when making set-ups for assembly.

• Perform all sub-assembly operations.
• Must be to routinely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Run all jobs according to written procedures.
• Keep wax melting pots filled at all times.
• Clean plugs (DS rods), etc.
• Organize/put away supplies, plates, sprue, etc.
• Check quality on patterns, gating, sprues, sub-assemblies.
• Follow all procedures.
• Meet the specific requirement of the efficiency standards.
• Record all work performed on the daily distribution card.
• Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Wears proper PPE at all times
• Perform other duties that are assigned by supervisor.
