This position will be located in Roy, UT and be responsible for executing NGDS scope for the Take Charge And Move Out (TACAMO) Program. Take Charge and Move Out is a U.S. military mission that includes survivable communication links designed to maintain communications between U.S. decision-makers and the triad of strategic weapon delivery systems. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience• Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.• Nuclear Hardness & Survivability (NH&S) Experience or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience, preferably both.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:• Experience as an Earned Value Management System Control Account Manager (EVMS CAM) and/or past profit and loss statement (P&L) accountability• A minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience• A minimum of 1 years of experience in a management position• Risk & Opportunity management experience• Proven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization• Experience collaborating with multiple functional groups, subcontracts, and government customer representatives• PMP CertificationPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
