Brand Champion & Retail Operations Trainer

Serve as the Brand Champion for all Company Programs Work closely with Store Marketing and Retail Services as well as Store PCMs, site GMs and DMs Provide support, training, and development for operational management staff Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and programs driven properly Implement changes to boost efficiency Represent the company at various trade shows and conventions Provide feedback to Category Management team on programs and how to better complete Assist in developing retention strategies for Team Members Monitor and ensure all training is on target Maintain contact with store managers through phone calls, emails, and site visits and be knowledgeable in new store system installations Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Five plus years of experience in retail/marketing Strong in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word Excellent planning and execution Willingness to travel and holds a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Able to lead people through a clear vision, proper training, ongoing development, and positive recognition Proficient in planning and analytical skills to create positive financial results always Stays current with industry guidelines by benchmarking competitors, reading convenience store periodicals Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in retail marketing and operational management, with a strong focus on training, development, and efficiency improvements.
