Our client, a luxury Italian fashion house, is looking for a SEASONAL Luxury Sales Support Associate to join their beautiful store on-site in Palo Alto, CA! Responsibilities: Customer service Providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients, providing recommendations, styling advice, answering questions. Sales Support - Identifying business opportunities, achieving sales quotas, preparing sales proposals. Cash Register - Operating POS, processing payments, online orders, and refunds. Problem Solving - Responding to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and constructive manner. Time Management - Juggling multiple tasks at once, such as replenishing merchandise, assisting clients, and recovering the sales floor. Requirements: This is an on-site, SEASONAL role. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Palo Alto, CA to be considered. Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Please submit a resume for immediate consideration.
