Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility. Monticello, MN. We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role at a skilled nursing facility in Monticello, MN. The clinician will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, functional independence, and quality of life.
