Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting Wage: $14.50 - $16.50 Job Summary Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. The role involves transporting team members to inventory events, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and supporting the retail inventory process while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and driver safety requirements. Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision, ensuring accuracy. Follow a consistent workflow and playbook for success. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when performance is exceeded. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old for a personal vehicle driver. Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools, with strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency, plus a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation and willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigation, screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
